Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Fay spent his career as a Deputy Attorney General with the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General. Mr. Fay spent his time as a Deputy Attorney General working in the Enforcement Bureau for the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control. Mr. Fay prosecuted countless cases from the initial investigation up to trial. His extensive experience regulating the Alcoholic Beverage Industry and enforcing State Laws and Regulations has provided him with a distinct understanding of Liquor Laws and Licensing in New Jersey. Mr. Fay handles cases involving administrative charges, municipal charges, license transfers, license application amendments and general ABC compliance. Mr. Fay understands that New Jersey Alcoholic Beverage Industry is highly regulated. This is a detriment to most small business as any sanctions from the State can have dire consequences.
